CryptoBuddy™ 2.0

Most recently, Research Triangle Software announced its expansion the CryptoStick™ product line to include the CryptoStick™ 100. The CryptoStick™ 100 comes pre-loaded with this latest version of the CryptoBuddy™ encryption software application as well as P.I. Protector™, a software program allowing users private Internet browsing, mobile email and file synchronization. Able to connect to any computer with a USB interface port and measuring under three-inches in length, this latest model has a unique feature giving users an option to attach the device to their key chain or to a neck lanyard for convenience. With the ability to safely store data for up to ten years, the CryptoStick™ 100 will initially be available with 32Mb storage capacity and can be special ordered up to 1G. This month marks a year since the CryptoBuddy™ company mascot made a special appearance at RTS' news conference held at their headquarters in Cary, N.C. The event was highly attended by leading area executives from the local Research Triangle Park media including the News & Observer, LocalTechWire and WRAL TV.
